Přivezli uhlí

Už když se babi po telefonu vehementně ujišťovala, jestli o víkendu určitě přijedeme, mohlo mě napadnout, že se na nás něco chystá. A chystalo. V sobotu ráno přivezli uhlí. Nevím už kolik, ale byla toho děsná hromada. Naštěstí nás na to bylo celkem dost, tak práce rychle ubíhala. Nejvíc se ale nalítal Míra. Nakládal si uhlí lopatkou na korbičku a vozil ho do uhlárny a pletl se všem pod nohy. Na konci celé akce děda zkonstatoval : “ Nebejt kluka, tak to snad dneska ani nepoklidíme…!“
Mirďovy hlášky

Po víkendu jsme se vraceli z Bobrové. Z kopce před Újezdem jenom přibrzďuju a jedu docela rychle. Schytal jsem to: „Taťko, ty s náma jedeš rychle jako drahá mast!“
Jeli jsme na kole trasu okolo cementárky. Mirďa cestou vykládal, jak mu jde psaní číslic a písmen. Tak ho mamka pochválila: „Mirďo, ty jsi jednička.“ Mirďa odpověděl: „Hmm, já jsem jednička. A co jste vy dva?“ …. jak to myslel?!
Další hláška souvisí s tím,že Míra ještě neumí úplně přesně česky. Když vidí auto, který má na začátku SPZ 3B5 jako my, začne hulákat : „Jé, oni mají auto než my !!! “
Jednoho večera mě hrozně zlobil, vůbec neposlouchal a já ho nemohla dostat do betle. Už sem byla zoufalá a řekla sem mu : „Ty seš dneska příšerně neposlušnej, mě z tebe jebne.“ Míra se zamyslel a po chvilce se bezelstně zeptal : „Mamko, už ti jeblo ?“
Ale to, co mě vždycky zaručeně rozesměje, je jeho slavné JEŽIŠMAJRÁ !!!

Těstoviny se špenátem a kuřecím masem

Ingredience :
cca 500 g těstovin
balení mraženého špenátu
1/8 másla
cca 200ml smetany
250g kuřecího masa
2 střední cibule
3 stroužky česneku
sůl
sýr na strouhání
Postup :
V menším hrnci rozpálit na másle cibulku. Když je cibulka dozlatova, přidám špenát. Nechám rozpustit a postupně přílévám smetanu na zjemnění.
Mezitím si maso nakrájím na kostky a dám smažit na olivovém oleji.
Do dalšího velkého hrnce dám vařit vodu na těstoviny a vařím těstoviny.
Špenát mezitím změkl, pořád ho míchám, přidám prolisovaný česnek a občas zalévám smetanou pro zjemnění. Když je maso trochu osmažené, přidám ho do špenátu a trochu povařím.
Tipy
místo strouhaného sýra použít parmazán
místo kuřecího se může použít losos
3 stroužky česneku jsou někdy málo 🙂
