Nákup rotopedu

O nákupu rotopedu jsem uvažoval už dlouho a měl jsem jasnou představu o přibližné ceně a parametrech rotopedu. Minulý týden jsem se zastavil v Hervisu a prodavači jsem ukázal který rotoped chci, a že si ho rovnou vezmu. Prodavač mi rozmluvil nákup! Nemám kupovat rotoped, lepší je ergometr, který má lepší nastavení brzdícího systému, cvičení na něm je efektivnější atd.. A hned mi jeden ergometr nabízel. Z původní předpokládané ceny 3999,- jsem měl platit 9999,- Kč. Z nákupu sešlo.
Minulý týden jsem si něco nastudoval o ergometrech a šel jsem pro změnu do Intersportu. Tam jsem narazil na ergometr Energetics CT 350 zlevněný z 8490,- Kč na 6490,- Kč. Na slevu slyším, takže jsem to začal obhlížet. Nebudu to dál rozepisovat, odešel jsem s tímto ergometrem za pěkných 4999,- Kč 😉 … a ještě jsem přikoupil pulsmetr 🙂 Zkušenosti s ergometrem CT 350 určitě napíšeme později, jen co provedeme test. Zátěžová zkouška proběhla hned první den!

Prosinec 2011 u Dobešů

V prosinci jsme toho měli strašně moc na práci, no, posuďte sami :

2.12. – vyzvednutí dortu v Cukrárně Panda (Včelku Máju nedělají, tak jsme objednali Šmoulíky), večer vánoční večírek AXA na Myslivně v Kohoutovicích, laděn do UFO stylu, což jsme úspěšně bojkotovali, po půlnoci cesta do Židlochovic, kde teta Hana hlídala Mirečka

3.12. – ráno cesta z Židlí do Tvarohu, vyzvednutí tety Růži a děcek v Modřicích u autobusu, oběd, ve 14 hodin bitva (bylo nad nulou a blátivo), pak dort a dárky, večer nám Franta dovezl zabíjačku

6.12. – Mireček 5 let, lehce nasněžilo a hned se rozpustilo, Míra začal kašlat, pečení pistáciových placiček

7.12. – kontrola v 5ti letech u doktora v Pozořicích, nechal Míru doma a napsal mu léky

9.12. – zdobení stromečku (zakoupen živý v květináči, stříbrný smrk), tata večer v hospodě, Mireček začal číst Pohádkové lístečky – úplně sám

11.12. – Bobrová, prodáno dědovo Punto do Hošťky nějakejm Sičákom, Míra zůstal stonat u babi

15.12. – Míra přivezen z Bobrové a předán s ostudou u Globusu, kontrola u lékaře

16.12. – matka v hospodě s tvaroženskejma matkama

17.12. – návštěva v Hraběticích, Kača (15) ukázala mimino, přijeli i Arvaiovi z Veselíčka

18.12. – nasněžilo a namrzlo to

20.12. – bowling AXA v Olympii, 12 lidí, 2. místo ( spolu s Hankou, Laďkou a Pavlem T.)

21.12. – Edy v Brně, nejdříve čajovna na Čápkové, potom restaurace Noem Arch v KrPoli u Tesca, byli tam i Freon, Havran, Budul a Dave se slečnou, dala sem si rybí polévku a kačenu

23.12. – v hokně jen do 12, Míra s nama v práci, pak cesta do Borbové

24.12. – zdobení stromečku, tradiční návštěva hřbitovů, večeře v 16.45, Míra spousta dárků (kolobka, slabikář se Včelkou Májou, pracovní sešity, pexeso s Krtkem, Pohádkové lístečky, Člobrdo, LEGO)

25.12. – procházka s tetou Radkou a Filípkem

28.12. – návštěva v RadSvratce u tety Petry

29.12. – mamka v práci, kluci v Hraběticích, další dárky, odpoledne bazén ve Vyškově

31.12. – Silvestr u Hynštů v Brně, 9.patro, ohňostroje, Beng do 3.30 hod

Sedmička denně prospívá

Docela zajímavý díl pořadu Na plovárně. Pití malého množství vína je prospěšné zdraví. Infarktů je o 40-60 procent míň, mozkových mrtvic polovina… Prosím, poslechněte si to z úst samotného lékaře!

Čerstvý vzduch

Nedávno jsme koupili čističku vzduchu. Čistička vzduchu je výborná, když potřebujete vyčistit vzduch od prachových částic a kouře. Čistička však čerstvý vzduch vytvořit nedokáže. Začal jsem hledat, jak si doma vyrobit čerstvý vzduch. Narazil jsem na velmi zajímavou přednášku o tom, jak si doma „vypěstovat“ svůj vlastní čerstvý vzduch.

V přednášce se mluví o třech rostlinách:
Palma Areco (Chrysalidocarpus lutescens) – vytváří vzduch ve dne, vhodná do obýváku
Tchýnin jazyk (Sansevieria trifasciata / Tenura) – vytváří vzduch v noci, vhodná do ložnice
Šplhavník (Epipremnum aureum / Scindapsus aureus) – čistí vzduch od formaldehydů

Polínko

Na 1. června bylo v MŠ Tvarožná naplánováno opíkání špekáčků a k té příležitosti mělo každé dítko přinýst polínko. Jenže kdepak vzít u nás polínko, že ? Vydali jsme se tedy navečer na kolech do lesů v okolí mokerské cementárky s tím, že tam prostě budeme jezdit tak dlouho, dokud něco nenajdeme. Naštěstí jsme nemuseli jezdit moc dlouho, u komínů  bylo pokácený dřevo v rázu, tak jsme poblíž poměrně snadno našli vhodné topivo, které se vešlo tatovi do nosiče na lahev. Cesta domů proběhla v klidu a na polní cestě jsme si dali s tatou závody, načež nám oběma ztvrdly nohy. Při průjezdu obcí nás Míša Pospíšilová postříkala vodou z hadice. Po návratu domů nám otevřenými vchodovými dveřmi vlítly do baráku dvě vlaštovky. Chvíli zmateně lítaly v ložnici a pak se usadily na polici na knize od Umberta Eca. Pravděpodobně se jednalo o sečtělé opeřence. Měla jsem trochu strach, aby mně tu knížku strachy neposraly 🙂 Nakonec to promyslely a obývákovým oknem vylétly ven.
